The uptown girl jacket is finished! I'm so glad. This jacket was fun to make, but probably not the kind of thing I'd like to 'whip up' quickly. You need some time for this one, as there is a fair bit of cutting and then gathering and piecing together.
Still, an enjoyable and satisfying project, and just in time for some chilly Canberra weather and a trip to see this gorgeous little man (yes, he is just as gorgeous in person!).
In this reversible jacket I've used a regular pinwale corduroy and Michael Miller Ta dot cotton. I covered my own buttons.
More creative spaces at Kirsty's and most definitely my favourite space of this this week is right here!
What a cutie pie, and great job on the jacket it's fab.
